Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" refers to the qqee online gaming website accessible at https://qqee.vu and any associated mobile applications or subdomains.
• "Operator" refers to the entity operating the qqee platform under offshore licensing arrangements.
• "User," "You," "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account on the Platform or accesses Platform services.
• "Account" refers to the personal gaming account created by a User upon registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a User's Account, including deposited funds, winnings, and active bonus amounts.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free bet, cashback, or incentive provided by qqee to Users.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity, address, and age verification.
• "BDT" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the Platform.

References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to the Operator. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Eligibility and Age Verification

Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You may register only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Multi-accounting is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree not to disclose your login credentials to any third party and to notify qqee immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. qqee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.

4.3 Account Responsibility

All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. You agree not to allow any other person to access or use your Account. Sharing, selling, or transferring Accounts is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.

4.4 KYC Verification

qqee may request KYC documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is successfully completed.

Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

qqee accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers from major Bangladesh financial institutions. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment processor.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be adjusted based on your Account verification status. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may apply to promote responsible gaming. You may request adjustments to these limits by contacting customer support.

5.3 Deposit Fees

qqee does not charge fees for deposits made via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or service charges beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.

5.4 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Account are derived from legitimate sources and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. qqee reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding certain thresholds or exhibiting unusual transaction patterns.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified through completed KYC procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. You may withdraw up to ৳500,000 per transaction, subject to your payment method's limits.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal requests are processed within 2 to 6 hours during operating hours (09:00 to 23:00 BST, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside operating hours will be processed during the next available window. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification time and could take up to 24 hours.

6.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw funds without meeting these requirements may result in withdrawal denial and Account review.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

qqee does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, payment processors may deduct transaction fees from the withdrawal amount. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.

6.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

qqee reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests or impose additional verification requirements if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, violation of Terms, or money laundering. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during Account investigations or dispute resolution procedures.

Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and special offers provided by qqee are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Bonus funds are separate from real money balances and must meet wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted. Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in each offer's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to multi-accounting to claim multiple bonuses, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software errors, is strictly prohibited. qqee reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and permanently close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

7.4 Eligibility Restrictions

Bonuses are available only to eligible Players as determined by qqee. We reserve the right to exclude certain Players or Account types from specific promotions at our discretion. One bonus per Player, household, and IP address unless otherwise stated.

Betting and Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the qqee platform are subject to acceptance by the Operator. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it is considered accepted and binding.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sports governing bodies or game outcome data provided by certified game providers. Settlement is typically completed within minutes for live casino games and slots, and within hours for sports bets once official results are confirmed.

8.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of obvious errors in odds, payouts, or game results, qqee reserves the right to void affected bets and correct Account balances. Technical malfunctions that affect game outcomes will result in affected bets being voided and stakes refunded. We are not liable for losses resulting from system errors, software malfunctions, or connectivity issues.

8.4 Game-Specific Rules

Each casino game, slot title, and sports betting market is governed by specific rules provided by the game developer or sports governing body. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of games they choose to play. Game rules are accessible within each game interface or via the Platform's help section.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting) to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses.
• Collusion with other Players or coordination of betting activity to gain unfair advantage.
• Use of automated betting systems, bots, or third-party software to place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
• Engaging in fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or providing false payment information.
• Money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds derived from illegal activity.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the Platform's source code or backend systems.
• Circumventing Account suspension or creating new Accounts after termination.

Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Suspension by Operator

qqee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at our discretion if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed a security risk, or exhibited behavior inconsistent with responsible gaming principles. Suspension may be temporary pending investigation or permanent depending on violation severity.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of applicable fees. Bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

10.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant Accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of ৳500 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. Accounts with zero balance may be automatically closed after 24 months of inactivity.

10.4 Effects of Termination

Upon Account termination, you forfeit all rights to use the Platform and any pending bets will be voided. Real money balances will be returned subject to verification and deduction of applicable fees. Bonus funds and loyalty points are forfeited immediately upon termination.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion.

Amendments to Terms

qqee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify registered Players of material changes via email or Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting customer support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent changes were made.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles and the laws of the jurisdiction where the Operator is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
